The technician, Masi, arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He did an excellent job, and the carpets look great! I also received excellent customer service from Estefania. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again for carpet cleaning.
Driver was driving almost double the limit, cutting people off, swerving across all for lanes of highway and almost caused multiple accidents. Absolute discgrace that people like that drive company vehicles that way. Was reported to the police after they forced someone onto the shoulder while swerving across 3 lanes to take an exit.
Our Strata carpets are always cleaned professionally by the Servus Group. Their technicians arrive on time, work hard and communicate well.
Terrible service and disorganized, unprofessional, and sloppy work. Company was hired to do window cleaning for our strata building on July 19th and didn’t finish the work despite the notice given was only for 1 day so an entire side of the building was not cleaned. When they came back, they miss 2 entire columns of condo units and my unit despite me specifically complaining from the first cleaning day that my unit was not cleaned. Do NOT hire this company!!! The first time they missed 50% of the windows! Not just mine but the neighbor's as well. Asked to come back they didn't show on both promised dates. But we had to pay. Unbelievable!!!
