Job cleaning roof was not complete, big mess left behind, no fall protection was seen being used while working on roof. 40ft ladder not safely secure. Wouldn't recommend this Company.
A positive experience with Servus doing the cleaning maintenance of our gutters yesterday. Kourosh, the team supervisor, is very polite and respectful and worked attentively with us on any particularities of our condor building in order to get the job done right. We appreciated also that they went above and beyond in their ground cleanup after the gutters had been cleaned
Ahmed and the team did an incredible job cleaning the parking garage at our condo building. They were super friendly and hard working. I feel they went above and beyond, and we would gladly hire this company again.
TERRIBLE customer service! I had a very frustrating experience with Servus regarding a recent dryer vent cleaning service for our Strata. The process started off poorly with last-minute notification, which I am assuming is the Statas issue. Notification given Monday for a Wednesday cleaning. What really caused the issue was the complete lack of clear instructions on how to submit payment by credit card and no clear sense of urgency from Servus.
