Very much appreciated for the quality of the services provided as well as for the strong work ethic.
We’ve been using this company for over 10 years, and they continue to impress us. Our technician today, Masi, did a wonderful job with both the carpet and sofa cleaning. He was detailed and careful. We’ve had great experiences with many of their technicians over the years, and Masi is truly one of the best.
Do not hire! The service tech was a nightmare to deal with. First day appt time 12:30 arrival time with no communication 1:45. Says here but doesn’t buzz up for another 30 min. Then comes up with the wrong equipment attempts anyway makes the house stink of chemicals. Leaves and says he’ll be right back. Shows up 1 hr later which at this point is almost 5pm and says he was waiting for it to dry to see if it worked which was not communicated before he left. 2nd year in a row. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not sure what happened when they changed their name but I know we will be looking for a new provider for our strata next year.
Had my couch and loveseat cleaned. Looks great. Masi was very efficient and personable. I especially liked that i asked for non-perfumed cleaner and that's what I got. This company also cleans the carpets in our condo, and always a good job.
