Unprofessional conduct and broken promises I strongly advise against using this company. After completing the initial ServiceMaster restoration, the owner, Jeff Peterson, repeatedly promised an updated bid for the rebuild through his construction company (Peterson Construction). Like many corporations, communication is not emphasized. So while the owner worries about documents, baby pictures, and magazines that have her children highlighted in them, Service Master is impressed with saving the gun and clothes. Billions are lost in revenue because the owners are upset by the lack of their understanding of what's of value during the crisis.

In February of 21, we had frozen water lines that created a immediate need for cleaning, removal, drying, and reconstruction. Service Master of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, did it all, in a timely manner.
