Please do not use this company. I am using them right now after a partial house fire. 1. They told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks before we got our clothing return and it took 2 1/2 months. 2. They discarded numerous personal property items without verbal or written permission. We did not even have a chance to examine those items and see that they were damaged or non-salvageable. We had Service Master do a Fine Particle Cleaning of our house. They were very responsive and helpful. Lisa and her team were very professional and ensured that they met our expectations. I would highly recommend Service Master. We have used them a number of times.
