We filed a claim with our insurance in October 2025. Service Master was assigned to our house. We moved out and they completed the work, we moved back in Feb 2026. The work was crap. Service Master and our insurance went back and forth. Today is August 12 and Service Master only wants to fix the minimal things they did wrong. The hardwood floor had to be replaced but they didn’t replace the subfloor so now the hardwoods are warping. We have a pier and beam house and I even ask them shouldn’t the subfloor be replaced.
