Max De Lachica is the best!! He is extremely knowledgable when it comes to restoration and has always made it his duty to show up and explain the process to my staff and clients. He IS the Go-To-Guy! I refer him to all my clients and have not had a bad experience yet. If you every need restoration work, reach out to Max De Lachica! I promise you wont be disappointed.
They have a good and professional team of cleaning up for the water leak but a very bad/ not honestly team for rebuild or fixed the damage of the house. They get the job done half way such as painting 1/2 room when fixed the the room (?) until you catch it and requested or pointed it out to them. Or one team removed wood in the room then a different team came back to restore it, even requested should be the same team from the beginning. Very bad project manager! Wouldn't recommend or used them again to fix the house.
So our house was struck by lightning ⚡️ near the end of June and burned badly. We were inundated with so many restoration companies and adjusters as we’re standing there watching our house burn. We didn’t choose any of those ambulance chasers. Instead we were recommended to Service Masters and we have had zero regrets. Max De Lachica was fast, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Everything was restored perfectly. Highly recommend!
Chelsea Cook water clean out crew went above and beyond! She was very thorough and communication was perfect! She really is the best and made this experience way better than we expected. Hopefully we never have to go through Altus process again but if we do I will be requesting her again! Chance in pack out was great to! He made sure to communicate with me and get everything packed out nicely.
