I used Service Master 2 years ago and they did an awesome job! Very professional and efficient. Very pleasant and helpful too...I didn't know about reviews then and didn't write a review. Well now I need them again and they are on the mark for efficiency again. They are coming out today to help fix water damage and I am sure they will do another excellent job. I highly recommend this company!!

ZERO stars - would not recommend. Poor professionalism and timeliness! Our family agreed to use Service Master as our insurance adjusters promised them to be a ‘preferred contractor’. It has been 2 months since the claim was made, and repairs have yet to begin. It is now December and our porch cannot be fully completed until spring… On the day they were supposed to begin working on it, they arrived an hour and a half later than scheduled with no warning or contact of delay.
