I had a very pleasant experience with ServiceMaster. The team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates as they worked on my home. They took great care when packing and protecting my belongings and completed the demolition of the affected areas efficiently and carefully. I truly appreciated their communication, attention to detail, and professionalism, and I would recommend their services to anyone.
I experienced a complete water destruction of 1/3 of my home due to the ineptitude of employees of a local spray-on insulation company. Walls had to be gutted down to the studs, demolition of my entire kitchen, including all appliances, water had to be eliminated with days of drying by industrial fans, and on top of that, dealing with an insurance company dragging its feet to help me with the renovation of my home. Excellent service from start to finish. The entire ServiceMaster team was extremely professional, responsive, and always available to address any questions or concerns. I would especially like to recognize Abel and Jorge, who provided outstanding service and demostrated exceptional professionalism, expertise and customer care. Their dedication made the entire process much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend ServiceMaster and their entire team.
I cannot say enough about this team. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Rebecca kept me updated in each step of the process. Her cleaning pool were amazing And Understanding. Thank you, service master team for all of your efforts.
