I have to leave a negative review. I paid for carpet cleaning services for a townhome I was renting before departing on military orders. My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. Excellent company! We had a toilet line burst in the middle of the night and had water leaking we suspect for a few hours. ServiceMaster came the very next day and scoped out the work and very clearly explained the path to resolution. I was very impressed by the crew's professionalism, knowledge, and courteousness. They also did a phenomenal job of organizing and explaining the whole process of restoration, reconstruction, and working with the insurance company.
