I bought a white couch on FB Marketplace and wanted it cleaned in a short timeframe. Mike scheduled me on a Saturday, before my preferred date to be done. He did an excellent job! I would definitely hire him again and would refer family and friends to him.

Mark is amazing and works miracles! After eight years of living in my townhouse, he made the carpets look brand new… In fact, they looked better than the day I moved in when he was done. Very professional, very good personality, and would highly recommend to anyone. In fact, you might be crazy to not hire him ;) 1000/10 recommend!

I’m new to Eugene, I’ve been here for 2 years, so I’m still learning about the area. I chose Mark with Steam Masters based on experience and reviews. He didn’t disappoint. As a former business owner, I really appreciate his work ethic to be the person cleaning your carpets. He has a high standard for his work and it shows. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the results and I will most definitely use his services again.

My cat got sick and unfortunately had an accident on our carpet. Luckily for us, we choose the right guy for the job! He took care of our stains and smells for a reasonable price and renewed our carpet to its former glory. It has been over a week and the smell is clearly gone, (which is a miracle for cat urine) our carpet looks immaculately clean, white, and fluffy. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants a clean and fresh smelling house!
