Mark did a fantastic job! He kindly donated the carpet cleaning service in full to support ShelterCare's mission. Mark has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years! I had tried four different companies before finding him, and after his first visit I have never considered looking for another. I have had many pets over the years and the changing weather conditions of Oregon makes keeping carpets clean difficult. Mark has never failed to impress! Mark did a great job cleaning the older carpet in my home. The final result was much better than I had expected! My carpeted stairs looked terrible and I was ready to replace the carpet. After Mark cleaned them he said the carpet was still in great shape. I would definitely recommend Steam Masters/Mark and will use him in the future when the need arises.

Mark knows his business! He is both professional and polite during setting up appointments and when doing the work. We have used him for carpets, tile grout, and furniture cleaning. He is careful about not making a mess and I recommend him whenever possible.
