We had a roof ice dam leak at our condo, which resulted in water running down the kitchen wall and under the kitchen floor. servicemaster extracted and dried everything. unfortunately the hardwood floors buckled and the floor was replaced. we were fortunate in that aervicemaster was able to save the cabinets and countertop on the affected wall which is not always the case. they were great to work with. The place looks great again.
My experience with ServiceMaster by Williams after a flood was deeply disappointing and, frankly, quite concerning. While their initial response to my two-story home flood was quick, the subsequent issues left me with significant regrets. I was displaced for two months while they worked, and upon returning, I discovered some serious problems.
