Communication was extremely poor throughout our experience. We have active water intrusion and mold growth in our home, and there were repeated miscommunications regarding when demolition work would actually begin. On multiple occasions, we were told work would start, only to be informed later that it would not—typically due to the assigned crew not showing up or a decision to continue “monitoring moisture levels” instead of proceeding.
