The absolute worst. Luke came off as the best in the beginning, very helpful and knowledgeable. After many no shows as scheduled and then only getting one half a days work in on a Friday which they also stepped through the ceiling of my kids room leaving a huge gaping hole leading to the attic with mold. They scheduled to return on Monday to finish their work. ServiceMaster just finished work on my house. I had a water leak due to some old plumbing in my house. It impacted our daughters bedroom, downstairs bathroom, upstairs bathroom and our kitchen. They were very detailed on what to expect and provided guidance along the way. I was extremely stressed from the situation and ServiceMaster removed that stress! Our experience has been very positive. The mitigation crew were timely and thorough. The estimator accurately documented damages and collaborated well with our insurance adjustor. The restoration crew and project manager did a great job with repairs and met all our expectations.

Luke Erickson and his team were fabulous! I had a large renovation and everything turned out perfect! They did quality work! They were on time, easy to talk to, and respectful. I would give them a 5 plus star!!! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making this renovation process so easy for me! I appreciate you all!!!
