Makes sure everything is done up to code and gave me best advise on all my questions. City of St. Pete inspector said to me, “You’ve got a great roofing job. I have been a licensed Community Association Manager for 15 years. I will ONLY use Service Master by Reed. I literally had a bad leak which flooded the entire lobby and first floor of the 16 story high-rise on the beach that I manage other past Christmas day. I called Dwight Reed and he had a crew out within 2 hours to mediate. I stayed home. This operation is dependable and his rates are very reasonable.
Excellent customer service and fast response time. Removed all of the black mold build up caused by water damage, and restored our dry wall in a very timely manner. Very happy with Service Master by Reed!
