Kurt and his team are excellent and responsive. Unfortunately, I have required his services on three separate occasions over the last five years at various properties and he has always responded and appeared within 24 hours to remedy the issue for me , dealt with insurance adjusters beautifully , and done excellent work in budget on a reasonable timeframe. We live in the Draper, UT area and had a bathroom exhaust fan that was not evacuating to the outside of the house properly. We were worried that we were having mold issues in the ceiling space above that bathroom area. We called ServiceMaster by Kalmar in Draper and asked them to come inspect inspect that area and to our relief, everything was good to go! No mold! Service was prompt and courteous.
