I contracted Service Master DSI of ***********, ********* in the summer of 2021 to repair my garage roof, some vinyl siding, and reshingle a portion of my house and garage. Work was completed at the end of October 2021 and cost nearly $12,000. This company came in to do water mitigation. They put holes in my walls and floors and bent a water pipe, then denied it. Then they expect me to pay a ****, when their damages exceeded what the **** was. I spoke to them, they said they would get back to me. Next call I get is that if I don't pay the **** they will send it to collections. I have pictures! Proof! See you in small claims court boys!
HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! They had me on the pay no mind list for remodeling after my insurance company approved all repairs, I had the misfortune of speaking to Tom Petrovic who could not care less that his company is losing a $40K job. They insist on Banker's hours and will not budge after 4:00 pm or on weekends, they expect you to take a day off work to accommodate them when you're the paying customer! We had a major water leak in our finished basement last fall. We called service master to help with the mitigation of the damage to carpets, wall ect. On the initial visit we were told the total would be in the range of $2500-$3000. At this point we were unsure if the damaged was covered by our insurance company. We found out that this damage was covered, and the initial estimate from the adjuster was more or less in line with the verbal estimate from ServiceMaster. Worse service ever. $1700 for 3 bedroom house. Hardly even touched appliances. They are still dirty and greasy. Still dirty inside of toilets. We purchased this house and want to clean it up before move in now we have to hire somebody else. BAD service
