ServiceMaster Restoration by DSM came out to remove some soiled carpet and even removed so furniture we were no longer keeping. The entire team from office staff to those that did the work were great! They worked quickly and safely and did an amazing job. So thankful for the work they did, first and only call! Would recommend to anyone!

Service Master by DSM was recently out after we experienced a flooding in our basement. After calling around to multiple locations, they were the best and most fair deal around, completely working with our insurance. Their employees are incredibly knowledgable and were helpful to us in our time of need. Robby and the crew were complete lifesavers, I’m so thankful!

This place was referred to us straight through our insurance and I’m not sure what kind of sketchy contract they have because they absolutely blindsided us. We had a roof leak that caused water damage to our property and so we were connected with this company to do the internal demo and cleanup. It took a lot of back and forth with the woman on the phone to get an estimate and she finally, yet reluctantly, gave us a verbal one over the phone. I own Green's Family Cleaning and we do not offer restoration services. We send all of our restoration requests to ServiceMaster and they are top tier. I have gotten a lot of great feedback on their customer service and professionalism. We will continue to recommend them!
