March 2025 I called the office of Servicemaster by Burch in Otego NY on New Year’s Eve at 2:30 pm after being notified that our summer home in the Catskill Mountains of N.Y. had a pin-hole leak in the plumbing and was causing a spray of water that had apparently been going on for perhaps three weeks before being shut off (yes, I do have a floor drain). This company was better than i could of hoped for they were very professional and respectful in a way that they put me at ease at a bad time. With damage due to a frozen pipe breaking. I was forced to deal with a overwhelming situation when Justin and his crew showed up he told me that not to worry they were there for me no truer words were ever spoken.
