Could not have had a better experience. They were prompt, had amazing follow through, explained the process to me with kid gloves, worked directly with my insurance, and were so friendly. Two big reasons I’d go back to them aside from the above: 1. The team talks. From the front desk to the guys on the job, to the owners. I guess it’s no secret how unbelievably stressful even a little water in your basement can be! I have learned over the years to not wait even a second before calling the insurance company in an emergency like this. They gave me three names. Servicemaster was number two. I didn’t have to hear that twice. Justin and Corey were as clear, responsive, and professional as anyone I’ve ever dealt with in business. I can give them only the highest marks for every detail of their service and communication.
I could not have gotten a better group of people to help with the clean up after my fire. They did an excellent job and are very reliable. I always knew when the team would be arriving to the house to work. Tara was excellent with communication. They were very supportive and compassionate giving much needed emotional support and reassurance. Corey and his crew were absolutely incredible. Very professional, friendly, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond in any way they could to help me through a real messy plumbing disaster. Absolutely recommend them, they get all the stars 😁
