When our pipes froze this last cold storm, Servicemaster LRG swooped in to save us in a big way. Their response time was fantastic- like so fast, we weren’t expecting them until the following day. Their respectfulness in our home and with our belongings would make their moms proud! But the best part of having Servicemaster LRG as our knights in yellow armor was their communication. We had an electrical fire. The inspector said the whole house had to be rewire. They reused the chard wires and didn't touch the rest of the house. The floors were warped from the fire and they just slapped some vinyl on top. My floor planks are separating a half inch now because the subfloor is so bowed. They didn't clean the smoke from the walls. Just painted over the soot. they collected our valuables in trash bags and kept them in storage but lost half of them.
