ServiceMaster did a post construction clean-up at our home and did a great job! They were very thorough and professional.
Basement clean-up after sewer overflow. Work is good but lack of communication is reprehensible. Supposed to be here Monday afternoon to finish up & remove eqmnt. Took the day off work to be here. Called them about 3:45pm to see when they'd be arriving. Not coming today, sorry we didn't call you. Told ServiceMaster we're working Tuesday so will have to be after 5:30pm.
