David Castillo with ServiceMaster came to our home at the request of our insurance company. We had substantial water damage in our home due to a roof leak. David was able to determine where the water gained entry which was in the laundry room behind a built-in pantry. He explained very clearly the process to us. It involved tear out of the cabinet and removing damaged drywall with mold and removal of flooring. The extent of the damage was more than we anticipated. This company is bomb... Unbelievable how quick and thorough they were in their "demo" of our damaged wash machine floor flooding. Ray was very clear in communication and supportive to our needs and interests.

Incredibly prompt, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Communicated with insurance about all damages. Took lots and lots of pictures. David Castillo was outstanding in his work and diligence to make sure I had all the equipment for the insurance claim. He cleaned as best as he could the derbies caused by the demolition. I would recommend David and Service Master anytime you need them.

John did a superb work in helping us with the demolition part (removing the wet walls and ceiling, cleaning up thoroughly the mildews, etc.) of our laundry room located on the deck. He is very professional, thorough, and thoughtful. We thank Service Master for having such an outstanding young man in your company! We are *very* grateful to John!
