Our experience with Service Master was great. Ray took care of us and all of questions from the moment he got to our home. He even came out late on a Saturday night and helped immediately. He gave us lots of information and took great care of our home. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and I’m so thankful our insurance sent him out. The whole service master team from pack out to remediation and demo was great. Communication, friendly, considerate. Thank you all!

He is knowledgeable, hard-working, on time, and politely answered all my crazy questions. He is definitely an asset to this company for much more than his work ethic and customer service skills.
