Shaquita and Isaiah were great. They dedicated so much time to cleaning the mold and treated my home and family with so much respect and kindness. They checked in with me often and answered all of my questions with patience. Highly recommend!
We were awakened at 3:15 a.m. by a water pipe break in an interior wall that flooded our bedroom, closets, hall and 2 other bedrooms. We called Servicemaster A-Town Hi Tech at 3:45 a.m. for service. Phillip and his crew were at our house within the hour and got to work. The crew had the water up, drying fans and dehumidifier in place and gone by 6:30 a.m. They also took our area rug with them for cleaning and proper drying. The day before New Year’s we had a serious water leak and I didn’t hesitate to call Service Master. They came within an hour and brought all the equipment they needed to get me dried out. By the time I knew they had a game plan for me and checked on us for the days after. Phillip and Andy took great care of us and was very caring about my little boy’s well being in the home while this was going on. Let me tell you!! Andy Peters is unbelievable. He explained everything so well to us and helped me so much with all my anxiety about having potential mold in my house. He said that everything was good. It helped me out so much. He wanted to help everyday but it was during Christmas and New Year and my insurance didn't want to pay him to come out those two days.
