My washer broke causing water damage that lead me to meeting ServiceMaster. The entire team was incredible and always patient with me. From the mitigation team to the restoration, all 5. Jenn project manager always responded, even after hours, to text messages. Although we did encounter hiccups and miscommunication, Jenn always remained professional and honest. We were in need of water and biohazard remediation urgently and the ServiceMaster team was immediately responsive and helpful. We were handed an extremely difficult situation and Brian and his staff set the tone for the duration of the project. We also utilized the construction team to repair the damages and they were communicative and upfront with their process. Commercial bldg water leak called service master of the shore area and was immediately connected to their specialists who were there very fast. Clean up of all the water and disposal of contents was done with care and caution as to not cause any more damage. Cabinets removed and disposed of immediately as needed. I had a yellow jacket infestation in my living room ceiling that was treated by a local exterminator. I called ServiceMaster of the Shore Area and spoke with Brian who immediately sent one of his managers named Mary. Mary came to my home to inspect the mess that was hidden under the Sheetrock and made the determination that the nest needed to be removed, cleaned and sterilized to prevent any future yellow jackets returning.
