Incredible staff: armed with experience, expertise, superb work ethic and a highly refined sensitivity to the concerns and requests of the client. Wonderful systems of communication combined with training in appropriate contact with the client so that information flows efficiently and with consideration for the stresses experienced by a client in crisis. In today's world of mediocrity, this is an organization steeped in excellence. Greatly appreciated.

I used Service Master a few times… They’ve always been reliable and the crew were professional and worked hard.. The owner is very detailed about how they will remove and cleanup the property.. . She also answers the phone when you have questions.. I recommend their service.. I’ve used them for a Hurricane and a fire at my property..

If you’re looking for service, keep looking. They are either too busy or just don’t care. This place will not honor a service appointment nor will there be any communication, unless, of course, you are willing to place numerous phone calls and hear excuses for not showing. During Debby, needing to reschedule was the norm. What was not the norm is the total lack of communication.
