This review is about The one in council bluffs iowa. I can not speak on the omaha one, as i have not worked with them. We engaged their services for a pack-out following a house fire. The initial weekend we contacted them, they were unavailable due to personal commitments. The subsequent Monday, they failed to appear, and upon inquiry, we were informed that another project required their immediate attention. ServiceMaster helped us with water damage cleanup for our church in Omaha. They did a very nice job at a reasonable price. Cindy, was always quick to respond and helpful. They held billing until the total job was complete even though the contractor who did the restoration delayed the final cleanup for a few months. Highly recommend.

When I got to my office one morning I was welcomed by standing water. Apparently the adjoining tenants water line busted after hours. I called Cindy and her team and within the hour they were at the office and immediately removed the water and setup multiple fans to dry the carpet. Very professional and responsive! Highly recommended!

We used ServiceMaster for an emergency were I work. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. We have them in our emergency plan to call whenever the need arises and have know doubt they will do the job. It is comforting to know we have a partner like this!
