UPDATE: HORIZON bought ServicMark and now our service is hit or miss. I still use there maintenance /insurance policy but can't be sure which staff will respond. The last tech was way off the mark for knowing our equipment. I have been using ServiceMark since they installed a new gas boiler for us 9 years ago. They have a good protection plan, have been professional and friendly completing my annual maintenance visits (included in the plan) , and their technicians don't seem compelled or compensated to upsell. Great place to work Manager Brian was a amazing DM i just felt like he could of had a better Supervisor running it. The Supervisor was always on the phone with coordinators talking about her employees which is very unprofessional and the employees were a bit childish. When you are new, a fast learner and good at what you do they feel threatened by you and talk behind your back and completely dont speak to you for no reason. The servicing was excellent so why the one star? I'll get to that... But first: I called Wednesday morning and John the technician was at my door by 12. He quickly assessed that I needed a new system. Wonderful... He was excellent in explaining options and short term solutions if I wanted to go that route but I didn't as we recently bought the house and want to do things correctly with the long term in mind.
