Thank You ServiceMark!!! This past week has been the definition of a nightmare to me. I lost my AC sometime during last week and called two different large reputable companies to fix my AC and both companies informed me that my compressor was bad and I needed to replace my unit. My air conditioner is only 7 years old so I was shocked. Warming, Warning, They Will Rip You OFF!!! Warning, warning. Service Mark quoted us one price to "diagnose" the problem. They left us on emergency heat but charged us more then double the original quote for "repairs". There were no repairs done as they said we needed a new heating and cooling system. I tried to contact a supervisor and got the run around. I would not recommend this company.
Stand Behind their Service Service Mark installs, maintains, repairs...and stands behind their product and service. We've used them for 15 years now and they've always been true to their word. If something's not right, they keep at it until it is.
