SCAM!!! told them from the beginning that I had an LG refrigerator. After the technician came out checked my fridge I get a call saying I have to go through LG. still got charged for the visit.
Avoid this company at all costs. They should rebrand as Service Lie, as they sent me a “technician” who was both unprofessional and unethical. After initially “diagnosing” the repair I needed (with my frequent assistance), the tech agreed to order the part I needed and return to complete the job. He then disappeared for several weeks and refused my repeated attempts to contact him.
