Not flexible at all even though they say they're open between 8am and 9pm. Poor customer overall.
Have been trying to reach this company for two weeks because of a mistake they made on my title that is about to make me lose my home. NOT one call back and no people available to answer the phone.

Horrible. Unprofessional, unreliable, no communication, and a complete headache. I have been on the phone for almost 6 hours to correct an error they made on my home closure. In all my experiences of purchasing and selling homes, I have never experienced such incompetency.
Worst title Company ever please stay away from them. I have purchased multiple properties using diferent title companies and never had in issue until I ran into this one. The process with them is very stressful due to their lack of response and support. A family member is also having the same issue with them as well.
