We had a particularly difficult file where my client was purchasing a foreclosed home. The propery had a small section that went into a second parish (county) and all the proper paperwork was only filed in one of the two parishes. I have worked with Amber Gerber over the last few years on REO files in Alaska. She is by far one of my favorite closers to work with on REO transactions. Amber is always fast to respond and detailed in her responses. Transactions with her tend to close early as she provides me with everything I am needing in advance and works to ensure title is clear and ready to go. She does extremely well at communicating and ensuring a smooth transaction. She truly is one of the best.
