Awful experience. Especially with Lisa Williams. She caused so many delays. She blamed everyone else but herself for her incompetence. I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend working with this company if you value a smooth home buying experience for your clients.
Huge shoutout to Shardae Taylor at Service Link. With all the weather issues last week and end of the month closings Shardae worked 10 plus hours a day helping bankers and clients get their loan closed. Had a notary cancel at 8:00 PM last Monday and Shardae didn’t quit found another notary so we could close. Love the commitment and hard work in this tough market. Keep up the great work!
