Closed 07-02 - today it's 07-21 - first payment on loan is due in a week and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY FUNDS FROM THE LOAN!!! Would give NEGATIVE STARS if available. NO ONE will resolve this issue for me and I get NO RESPONSES through E-MAIL or PHONE calls - straight to voice mail. Absolutely LIVID!!!

Used Discover for a HEL, painless process. They scheduled my closing with service link before I leave on vacation and the closing agent no showed. Didn’t return calls and read text but no showed anyway.
It was a pleasure working with Lashelle. Her expertise and efficiency was outstanding. She handle every aspect of the closing perfectly. I would highly recommend her to my fellow realtors and sellers.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. If I could give negative stars I would. If you are on the buyer side of a deal with Freddie Mac and they give you the option of ServiceLink or paying the entire escrow bill, you will be FAR better served by paying the full escrow bill and choosing an escrow company that actually understands how real estate works.
