these guys are the absolute worst. Used an old credit report to pull payoff info for a loan, who does that??? Mickey Mouse operation over there. Then they paid my property taxes for me when I requested that they don't do that. And the #s at closing don't match what they sent me for disbursed funds. Shame on Chase Bank for using such an inferior Title company.

“Servicelink was the intermediary between the seller and buyer on a home I purchased. They lost the earnest money Cashier’s check causing me a loss of time and money. They are not very responsible. Since this was their only job and they managed to mess it up I am giving them a very poor rating. A Zero more appropriate but that is not allowed with this rating system.”
