It started off great, the guy on the phone was super nice and I decided to book an appointment for them to clean my $550 Sisal rug. The service guy came to pick it up and told me it would be about a week before I got it back. The service was June 9th and it’s now August 8th and no rug and nobody has tried contacting me (2 MONTHS). The phone keeps going straight to voicemail, I have no clue what is going on. Our dog peed all over our area rug and couch. We are so happy Jeff saved them!! Jeff and his brother Lee are very nice, professional and great at their job! I loved how booking my appointment and paying the invoice was able to be done online. I even got text updates when Jeff was on his way to my house. We will definitely call them again and recommend this company to friends!

My church has a second building we use frequently for smaller gatherings and classes and we needed to have the carpet cleaned. I didn’t know who to call so I basically took a stab at what place to try. Getting in contact with Lee of ServiceKnight was a breeze and he was very professional and accommodating.
