Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. My oil change was completed quickly, and everything was handled with great care. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and professional oil change service. I’ll definitely be back!
you can tell they really care
Absolutely terrible service. They charged me to remove a nail from my tire and told me everything was fine. I didn’t even drive 3 miles after leaving the shop before the same tire blew out. Basically, I paid them to “fix” my tire just so it could blow out shortly afterward. This was extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. If you’re going to charge someone for a tire repair, you should at least make sure the tire is actually safe to drive on. I definitely do NOT recommend this place, and I will never go back.
brought my vehicle in for service using a warranty only too find out they would only cover so much. well Brian and staff stepped up and fixed it anyway for less than what my deductible would have been if insurance was used. can't thank Brian and staff enough. you need help they will be there for you.
