Hands down the worst construction company I have ever contracted. I paid 60k in work to get my restaurant constructed and he sent me a bill with 35k in engineering fees, 10k in demo, pulling permits, his employees were priced at $85 an hour and top it all off with 15% for all services provided. So the above was billed yet, didn't apply for any permits, the demo didn't get started, and then tried to counter sue for defamation.
