I just bought a used car from them and discovered an issue within the week. They have stood by me all the way, courtesy car, repairs, etc. They have gone above and beyond every step of the way. Good people standing behind their product. I know nothing about VWs, but this place is amazing! Such a rare find today.
The guys doing the work are great. No issues on anything they've done previously. The overall service experience?? Not great. Check engine light popped on over the weekend but in trying to make a time to get the car in, the receptionist is giving options into the following week with no urgency. This a car under warranty with a check engine light on! Also, no loaner? R&B Honda offers loaners for as long as we need them for a simple tire repair. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars! Consistently Above the TOP service! We have been customers with this dealership for over 4 years and don’t regret it for a moment. We drive just over 4 hours to get ALL of our service done and they are the ONLY ones we trust with our car. I get my oil changed with them, and any service my Atlas might need!
