Had a recall and a oil change
Very professional and personable.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my service appointment and was told the technician was not finished with the service on another car and I would be delayed beyond the 45 minutes that the recall was supposed to take. It turned out that I was at the dealership for two and a half hours. Why have appointments if you can't keep them? I was offered a rental car but I declined that due to the paperwork to use a car to drive less than one mile. I have enjoyed working with Kyle Vander Stelt. He has been very responsive, thoroughly answers my questions and makes sure everything is right.
Excellent! I was traveling and had several setbacks. When dashboard lights came on I was upset there was another setback. They treated me wonderful and got me back on the road as soon as they could. Highly recommend.
