Trailer rejections at shippers are constant due to mgmt (including dispatch) either not following the simple instructions of customers or not staying on top of the literal worthless wash/tech crew onsite or just general poor management of available resources. Constant rejection of extra pay by a terminal manger who thinks his job is 6-4pm and does little to nil to solve issues either on the fly or after the fact. Thankful for truck 7817. We just went through torrential rain. Had it not been for this truck, we wouldn't have been able to stay on the road. We followed his lights.
Layed back atmosphere great place for newer driver trying to get into tanker, definitely make an effort to take care of there driver, equipment is an issue at times
