Reasonable visit.
Took a 2015 RAV4 with minor damage to the left rear quarter panel, what did they do? Disassemble the whole cargo area I'm going to replace the whole quarter panel instead of just doing the body work. Repairs were going to be over $7,000 of course with the car being only valued at $14,000 and according to Insurance $10,000 they totaled it. That was the height of stupidity anybody man should have known better, never again.
