Absolutely horrible it's been three weeks since they came to service our broken air conditioning. We waited a week to find out they ordered the wrong part. Then when calling to know why they didn’t show up the day we had been scheduled I had a customer service woman tell me I was lying about being put on the schedule. Zero Stars! Had a service call for a leaking outside Faucet. Standard service call is $49. Service Tech quoted a price of $400 to $500 to fix/replace???? Wasted $49, told the tech to hit the road.
After paying $1,200 to repair dead outlets in 2 bathrooms and some on the 2nd floor, I found out the next morning that bathroom outlets were still all dead, which means incorrect diagnosis and no due diligence to check the outlets after GFI outlet was replaced. This is my first time to get terrible service and the nudge to be proactive and pay for preventive services when the basic repair I asked for wasn’t done.
