Nice friendly service. Prompt with booking appointments. Only complaint would be while servicing and fixing our gas ducted heating over 2 days would be, is after being told that my unit was 14 years old and there would be a potential for cracking and a possibility that it would have to be disconnected. Is that they fix the section of the duct 1st before checking if the unit for cracks. This was indeed the case and the unit had to get disconnected as It is deemed unsafe, which is fair enough.
