I rang Service Today because my backyard and front was full of water. I was able to get someone out the same day. His name was Bradley and he was such a nice guy and very helpful in replacing my washers. He was quick and knew exactly what to do. He even had a look at my gate for me. Paid $7000. Six years later Mission Brown paintwork all peeling and flaking. I have other paintwork much older than this and it is fine. Told at the time their workmanship was good for 25 years. Also their timber was cut short which caused me other roofing problems. I have sent you an email with my concerns, Invoice Number and the lodgement of a complaint details.
Had my hot water service replaced when the old one gave up the ghost after hrs on a Thursday night. New unt was replaced and commissioned by lunchtime Friday. Plumber (Greg) provided great customer service and was able to get the job done quickly.
