Would not recommend. Overpriced for so called master techs. Each one will find something diffefent and or else wrong. Each time my unit has run worse after their so called service. I had to get someone else to fix what they didnt. I remember why I didnt renew the service agreement a while back. Was in a pinch and needed a service today, so I called. Big mistake. It wont happen again.
We would not recommend Service Today. We had an annual contract with a small AC company that Service Today bought. It took us two months for us to get a service appointment. Our appointment was supposed to be Monday, June 30th (after the two month wait). They called today to say they were very busy with service appointments and would need to reschedule. Great service, professional, and at a decent price.
Quoted an astronomical price of almost $2000 for a simple plumbing pipe. Insane. I got it done for $200. They also said it would be a 4hr job. It was done in 30 min. They got their $49 service fee. Im glad I declined the job. I'll never recommend them.
Ali and the technician Casey should be fired. Unprofessional,unreliable and RUDE. And mgt takes at least 48 hours to respond! UNACCEPTAƁLE! 7.31.24
