Despite both seller and buyer having all loose ends tied, some other non-Service Title related delays, Service Title still provided less than stellar performance. Several postponed closing dates despite assurances that all papers necessary were filed, many details overlooked (remarked upon by either the buyer or seller) that created more delays in closing and funding.
