I’ve called Service Titan for both warranty work and preventative maintenance. They’ve always been professional and helpful in explaining the issues. Most recently, my AC broke down the night before July 4th. This would have left my family, including my pregnant wife and infant, without cold air for a couple of days. Arthur came by that evening and fixed the issue on the spot. Truly grateful, thank you!
I placed the service call with my home warranty and they went above and beyond to send me someone the same day because I told them that my AC wasn’t working . They sent me a technician in the name of Arthur and he was so knowledgeable in what needed to be done in order to repair my issue. I highly recommend this company. They are efficient honest and get the work done.
Very friendly crew. Showed up after 45minutes of booking. Took the guy Arthur 15 minutes to identify the problem and fix it. Paid only service fee plus $250 for maintenance. They did not charge me for the blown fuse. Already recommended them to my family and friends.
