Had one trailer tire blow a few miles from this place and limped it there. Apparently NOBODY was at the shop during normal weekday hours. Office personnel refused to help and stated that I would probably have to wait over 2 hours until a service tech showed up. They also refused to allow me to borrow a tool from the supposedly un-staffed shop so I could remove the damaged tire myself and get back on the road. Very poor service. Completely unacceptable.
