Good and quick service, fair prices
We had just started our cross-country trip in an RV when we picked up a screw in a rear tire. Thankfully the TPS system showed immediately that we were losing pressure. I pulled off the freeway and started making phone calls to find a tire shop. The first shop said "bring us the tire, we don't remove RV wheels". I called STTC in Tannersville and they said bring the RV in and they would fix it. Luckily they were only 2 miles away and got us right in. Great people to deal with. I've had the opportunity to deal with then in 2 different states. Both places went out of theire was to help me get back on the road which is important when you're a hotshot service.
This place is a joke, I have never dealt with so many rude people, the tech messed up my wheel and when I bough it to the companies attention the boss said well then maybe you shouldn’t have gotten a flat.
Customer service is outstanding. Showed up on a holiday weekend Friday with a blown out tire right before closing. The gentleman there called another place when he discovered he didn't have tires that would work for me, he made sure they could take care of me before he let me walk out the door. Thank you!
