I had dropped 2 tires off Monday morning. One for a new valve stem, one to be replaced. I asked the staff if I’d have em back by end of day, as I had a load waiting for these tires to be fixed. After multiple calls to them throughout the day, I was told every time “our tech is about to get started on yours next” well that was untrue. Come the next morning I went in a couple hours after open and tires were still sitting mounted on the rim. Over 24 hours, multiple lies told and still never been touched.
