I've never dealt with a company with poorer customer service - they do not return phonecalls; they miss appointments. They should be ashamed of themselves. Follow up: And if you think any of those 5 star reviews are actually reviews (they even sound like the same person write them), check out the D- rating on Better Business Bureau or Yelp

If you want to be taken hostage by an AV company that charges you whatever they want and does whatever crappy job they want - choose ServiceTech. Once you sign up, you can't leave because it's a proprietary system, and they know it and abuse it to the fullest extent. Good luck everyone! Btw: I don't even know if it's legal that they refuse to share passwords to my own home system.

We had service tech come out to our home recently and fix all of my lighting, Sonos, water sensor network, and other issues. They fixed it within an hour and showed up on time in uniform and were very professional. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial.

The customer service of this company is absolutely phenomenal. They are quick to show up and know exactly what they are doing. I would definitely have them come back out to my condominium again anytime!
