Appreciative of the human touch of this organization. Five years after install a blind ceased functioning and owner himself came to resolve the issue. Thank you.
Although I explained that my issue was not urgent, Chris made time in his schedule that day. He arrived on time and had my issue addressed and corrected in minutes. When inquired about the payment for his time and service, he asked for nothing but to complete his review. I highly recommend you giving him and his team a chance to win your business.
Do not hire this company. They take your money and then don't do the work, don't show up, don't return calls or emails. We are currently working on suing them for money owed and work not completed.
Chris came to help me with an issue that arose when the re-pipe work was done and my wall switches were not connecting correctly. The re-pipe assigned engineers tried 4 different time to resolve the issue and at the end of their last attempt, the switch at the entry to the room didn't work at all.
