If you want to be taken hostage by an AV company that charges you whatever they want and does whatever crappy job they want - choose ServiceTech. Once you sign up, you can't leave because it's a proprietary system, and they know it and abuse it to the fullest extent. Good luck everyone! Btw: I don't even know if it's legal that they refuse to share passwords to my own home system.

We had service tech come out to our home recently and fix all of my lighting, Sonos, water sensor network, and other issues. They fixed it within an hour and showed up on time in uniform and were very professional. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial.

The customer service of this company is absolutely phenomenal. They are quick to show up and know exactly what they are doing. I would definitely have them come back out to my condominium again anytime!

I was very surprised when the owner Chris came over to work on my system as it really shows he is hands on. He was able to diagnose my problem immediately and get my system up and running. I will definitely be calling them again

The owner Chris came out to my condo within one hour and solved all of our smart home technical problems. He was friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. I read all of the reviews prior to calling them out and they definitely performed five out of five star service.
