Chris came to help me with an issue that arose when the re-pipe work was done and my wall switches were not connecting correctly. The re-pipe assigned engineers tried 4 different time to resolve the issue and at the end of their last attempt, the switch at the entry to the room didn't work at all. Service "No-Check". Owner misses payroll all the time and expects you to work for free
This may very be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Absolutely zero communication from anyone with Service Tech. I ordered motorized bug screens for my back patio back in June 2024 and gave them a $10,000 deposit. Now, here we are in January 2025 and I still have no product, I’m out $10k, and still can’t reach anybody with this company.
