They was nice and quick!
Staff are friendly and professional. I love that they could get my car in quickly and then offered free delivery of my car to my house. They have a comfortable waiting room that’s semi private, cool, has WiFi and coffee. So I was able to get a lot of work done in comfort while I waited. Baily explained everything they found and what was suggested and gave me options. My car is all fixed and it was a great experience.
I went in because my A/C wasn’t working. They did an assessment and told me I needed a new compressor. First I was quoted $4,200 and then dropped to $3,600. I asked if it was a possibility that it was a sensor because I had read online there was a service bulletin on my year car. I was told absolutely not. I went and got a second opinion and was told my compressor was practically brand new and that I had a leak in one of my hoses and the the sensor was bad. Subject: Concern Regarding Diagnostic Charges and Service I am very concerned about the service I have received from your company. I have tried several times to use your services, and once again, I am extremely disappointed. Most recently, I was charged $250 for a diagnostic service, yet I still have not been given a clear explanation of what is wrong with my vehicle.
