I went in for an oil change recently, and being a woman, I have never been treated better at an auto service spot. Bailey was extremely professional and helpful! She explained everything that was checked on my car patiently, made suggestions and recommendations. Although it’s a little ways from me, I’ll definitely be back for my next service because of the great service I received. Always happy to support local and family owned!
Great customer service from Alex, he was very detailed on the explanation of my concerns. I understood the over shape of the brakes and addressed the squeek. I asked to look into a problem with power port, he explained the process and needed steps for a full diagnosis, but what ever they did, its working correctly now. Great job to the team.
Love the service at Rooster Ridge. They are knowledgeable, have fair pricing, and don’t try to push extras on you. They are my go to place for car care.
Rooster Care is excellent!!! I’ve taken my convertible Mustang , BMW and now my Mercedes Benz here. They seem to do well with foreign cares as well. I love the fact that they are willing to show you the problem with your vehicle not just telling you. Their representatives are very friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend them. I trust them with my vehicles and they are honest enough to give me truth.
