Ethan was phenomenal from start to finish! I was considering other shops in the area, but after speaking with him he assured me that his team would be able to take care of my car’s needs. They diagnosed my car and gave me an honest assessment. I dropped the car off for repairs and went to finish my shift at work. Great customer service. Rooster care did amazing work on my car, Manager friendly and caring. Worker very friendly as we. Great job great people.
Both times ive taken my truck here for inspections the person at the desk was well spoken, courteous and acknowledged me right away. This last time I called ahead to make sure they were able to do inspections and the gentleman on the phone (max i think) asked for my name and vehicle and said they would keep an eye out for me. I was in and out before i could even wrap up a conference call. Thanks guys!
