Quality issue. I went to have my 2021 subaru Ascent oil changed. They changed my oil gave a veteran discount. They were professional and friendly. The car had no leaks at all. SINCE 11 Aug 2025 it now leaks wherever its parked. Oil level is fine. Now the check engine light is on. I ve been going here for years. I won't be back. I will not recommend them.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Service Street Auto since they opened, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been a huge letdown. Their prices just to do diagnostics have become absolutely ridiculous, and to make it worse, I felt like they treated me with complete disrespect. Their service supervisor talked down to me in a way that was really disappointing and unacceptable. I won’t be going back again.

Scheduled air conditioning service for wife's car on Wednesday for today, Friday 4:30 pm. She showed up at 4:15 and was told their mechanics had left......for the day. I stopped going there awhile ago because of the thing about scheduling with my truck. Thought I would give them another chance .... well screw them. Shop hasn't been the same since 2016 when I noticed a new idiot manager. I am not the only one who has complained about similar problems. Save a headache go ANYWHERE ELSE.
I was on my way to pick up my daughter from day camp and realized I had a completely flat rear tire. I stopped in here to see if they could patch it, but they were busy and couldn’t fit me in quickly enough for me to be able to pick up my daughter on time. Regardless, the manager was super helpful and went ahead and topped off my tire for free so I could get a little further and pick up my daughter on time. Much appreciated! I’ll definitely be back.
