Corporate stores work hard to upsell you, not give you what you want. "Can you just do the work I am asking for? I think I am a good judge and administrator of my own health and well being" . -No we know better and so does the nanny state that we now ascribe to and it suits us.- So no longer is the customer right.. they are stupid and will harm themselves. Was able to get in for my appointment at my scheduled time and out when they said I'd be done. No unnecessary upsell and reminded me of a couple of concerns that I could come back to have done when ready. Chris, the GM, and his staff always take good care of me.
