This is a horrible place to get unloaded at! The amount of time wasted from staff walking around is ridiculous! I made it at 12 noon and waited for 4 hours to be unloaded! Absolutely ridiculous!
Worst place to get unloaded, been here since 10:30 pm. Went to check in at 11:00 pm and was told that they were busy (the receiving guys were just walking around outside on there phones). Told me To come back at 3. Checked in at 3 and waited in line to get unloaded. When it was my turn at 4:30 all the employees left cause apparently thr next shift is supposed to come. I’ve been waiting here for an hour now for the next shift but no one has arrived. Most garbage receiver ever
Hours of receiving are bs they accept trucks whenever the feel like it just went there inside their hours of receiving and was told that they didn't receive trucks until 5am if you are going to have receiving hours then receive at those times not just when you feel like it
I had a really good experience at this location, while Nick W. handled my paperwork at the shipping and receiving office, meanwhile Fernando unloaded my truck really fast and he was friendly. I arrived at 7a.m and left at 8 a.m.
