Joe inspected my broken concrete walkway and concrete porch steps and provided quote of $2500. Also mentioned 15 years warranty, all documented in signed contract. Asked for additional $600 after half work done. I had no option, but to pay $3100. 3 weeks later new porch steps cracked. Now he is ignoring me and not committing any date to replace the porch steps. Quality of work is also not good. Highly NOT recommended. This business has "D-" rating with Better Business Bureau and many complaints.

They repaired my garage after it was hit by a truck. Five months later this is what the trim they installed looks like. I’ve been trying to get them to fix it or at least tell me what to do to fix it myself. They have not returned my calls for a week.

Had water damage on my ceiling. Service Star came out and assessed and "repaired" the gutters. This was in February. Now we're in May and the water damage has worsened. Tried to get someone to come out and reassess, but got no-call no-showed for several days. Going with a different contractor to assess the new damage because Service Star clearly has no intention of coming out to address the problem.

Joe and team did a fine masonry job for us. Front steps and brick courtyard. No problems.
