Very disappointed with my experience at this service center. I made an appointment a week in advance, only to receive a call the day before saying I was overbooked and needed to reschedule. When I asked how long a repair like this would take, I was told for the first time that they wouldn’t know and would need to hold my truck for two days. This was never communicated when I booked the appointment. The lack of upfront information and last-minute notice is unacceptable.
Took a company truck here to get repairs, they quoted over $12k for repairs so we moved to another dealer and are paying $3500. These guys are a rip off.
